Booking process
- For complete booking, We´ll charge 100% deposit thru your credit card and 20% is not refundable. There's no balance upon arrival.
Free Cancellation/Change policy
- for 10nights : 10 days prior to check in
- Half month : 15 days prior to check in
- 1 month : 1 month prior to check in
※ If you fail to within that days, the balance will be charged thru your credit card automatically.
Included Service
- Bed sheets, Wifi, TV(foreign broadcasting), Utility fee, Kitchen utensils(Common area), Mineral water(Common area), baggage keeping(till 1week after checking out)
Excluded Service
- Meals, Towels, Toiletries, Room cleaning
Information
- Reception opens from 9AM to 4PM. Please let us know in advance for early check out/late check in.
- Check in : From 3PM(Self check in after 4PM), Check out : 9AM~12PM
- There's additional charge for late check-out. If you would like to extend your check-out time or your stay, please notify reception before 12PM.
- Additional customers can not stay in your room. If we find it, penalty(200,000 KRW) will be charged automatically.
